Education not Deportation! Stop sending good students away!
Education not deportation! What does that mean? Well, for some young people is an opportunity. The opportunity to do things and go out there parents do not have the opportunity to go. For others, it means hope. Hope that you can still have the honor of being a graduate of the university and higher education. What is Education not Deportation? It is a support to help young people who have led this great country, through no fault of their own, illegally. It is a movement for the many thousands who are willing and able to devote to contribute to society.
Education not deportation is part of what is called the DREAM Act. That means – Development Relief and Education for Alien Minors. This piece of legislation that will greatly impact the future of this country. How? Right now, if a student does not have papers of graduates from high school and wants to attend college, not only is it likely that he is accepted (because of their legal status in the country), but if he or she accepted that they have to pay four times the share. Making it nearly impossible for the future student who has demonstrated throughout high school that he or she is able and willing to reach and accomplish a lot and contribute to this country. This bill, if passed, will become one of the greatest achievements in the reform of immigration for many years.
